Article 1 – Object
“These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCs”) are intended to define the conditions under which an individual (the “Customer”) may book the karaoke rooms (the Rooms) online on the website: www.bam-karaokebox.com.
In France, this website is published by the company SINGTIME, a SAS with a capital of €41,044.55, registered with the PARIS Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 793 501 487, whose registered office is located at 40 avenue de la République, 75011 Paris (“SINGTIME”).
In Spain, this website is published by the company SINGTIME IB, S.L., registered with the Barcelona Mercantile Register in Volume 46313, Folio 146 and Page B516243. SINGTIME IB, S.L. (“SINGTIME”) has Tax Identification Code B67171264 and its registered office is located at Avenida Diagonal, nº 584, principal, (08021) in Barcelona.
In the United Kingdom, this website is published by the company SINGTIME UK LTD, registered under number 13916632 and whose address is Harscombe House, 1 Darklake View, Estover, Plymouth PL6 7TL.1
Article 2 – Scope of the TOS and data privacy policy
2. The GTCs and the Data Privacy Policy exclusively govern the booking of the Rooms of SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK LTD located at 30 rue Richer – 75009 Paris, 50, rue d’Aboukir – 75002 Paris, 40, avenue de la République – 75011 Paris, 69 avenue Wagram – 75017 Paris, 4 rue Caumartin 75009 Paris, 36 rue Cornac – 36000 Bordeaux, 270 avenue de Courmayeur, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, C. de Recoletos, 23, PLANTA BAJA, 28001 Madrid, C, de Luchana, 20, 28010 Madrid, and 74 Victoria Street, Victoria, London by the Customer, and together with the booking confirmation, constitute the contract formed between the parties.
Article 3 – Changes of the TOS
3.1. SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK LTD reserve the right to amend these GTCs at any time at their absolute discretion.
3.2. Consequently, the Customer must consult the GTCs and any amendments made, before each order confirmation (which entails acceptance of the GTCs).
The last revision date is 28/04/2026.
Article 4 – TOS clauses
4.1. The nullity of a contractual clause does not entail the nullity of these GTCs.
4.2. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the GTCs by SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, or SINGTIME UK LTD shall not constitute a waiver by SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, or SINGTIME UK LTD of the other clauses of the GTCs, which shall continue to have full force and effect.
Article 5 – Rooms description
5. The Customer shall have the possibility of booking the following 85 Rooms distributed between Paris, Madrid, Bordeaux, Chamonix, and London:1

Twenty-one 6-person rooms1
Seventeen 8-person rooms1
Fifteen 10-person rooms1
Ten 12-person rooms1
Six 15-person rooms1
Three 18-person rooms1
Two 20-person rooms1

Three 30-person rooms
It is understood that these capacities may be subject to occasional or permanent change depending on the commercial policy of SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK.
Article 6 – Session and consumptions prices
6.1. The prices for booking sessions are indicated in Euros or Pounds Sterling, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Prices are available for consultation on the BAM Karaoke Box website at the time of booking. Generally, prices vary according to the day of the week and the time of day. Prices may differ depending on the establishment chosen. Karaoke sessions may last 1 hour, 2 hours, 2 hours 30 minutes, 3 hours, or any other duration displayed on the booking page. The price of the room is fixed and cannot be reduced, even if there are fewer participants. If there are more participants, a supplement will be charged.
6.2. SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK LTD reserve the right to modify their prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in force on the day of the booking.
6.3. The purchase of a consumption package is binding on the Customer, and no refund will be issued for it in the event of total or partial non-consumption on the day of the session. The selling price of products marketed for pre-order on the website may differ from the selling prices indicated on the standard menu.
6.4. The Customer may not bring food or drink. The company does not offer a “corkage fee” or “foodage fee” arrangement, save for exceptions.
Article 7 – Booking policy
7.1. The Customer has the option to book Rooms on the website.
7.2. During the booking process, the availability of the Rooms is indicated to the Customer in real-time upon payment validation.
7.3. To book, the Customer clicks on the chosen time slot and then on the “Réserver” (Book) button.
7.4. The Customer then provides the following information: first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number, before clicking on the “Payer” (Pay) button.
7.5. Before clicking on the “Payer” button, the Customer has the opportunity to check the details of their booking and the total price.
7.6. Confirmation of the order entails the Customer’s acceptance of the GTCs and forms the contract.
7.7. We require 100% total payment to confirm the booking.
7.8. For bookings in France, once the booking is confirmed, the Customer receives an email from SINGTIME (contact@bam-karaokebox.com), titled “Votre réservation est confirmée !” (Your booking is confirmed!).
For bookings in Spain, once the booking is confirmed, the Customer receives an email from SINGTIME IB (contacto@bam-karaokebox.com), titled “¡Tu reserva está confirmada!” (Your booking is confirmed!).
For bookings in the United Kingdom, once the booking is confirmed, the Customer receives an email from SINGTIME (contact@bam-karaokebox.com), titled “Your booking is confirmed!”.
Article 8 – Customer area
8.1. When the Customer makes a booking for the first time, their Customer Account is automatically generated using their email address.
8.2. The Customer defines their password when creating their Customer Account.
8.3. The Customer may then change this password to one of their choice by logging into their Customer Account.
Article 9 – Archiving/Proof
9.1. In France, Order Confirmations are archived on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
In Spain, Order Confirmations are archived on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 98.7 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
In the United Kingdom, Order Confirmations are archived on a reliable and durable medium so as to constitute a faithful and durable copy.
9.2. Order Confirmations may be produced as proof of the contract.
Article 10 – Payment
10.1. Payment for bookings is made by bank payment card.
10.2. The bank payment cards accepted to date are: CB, Visa, MasterCard.
10.3. The Customer guarantees their capacity to use their bank payment card for the payment of Room bookings made on the website.
10.4. SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK LTD are entitled to securely and confidentially transmit bank details via the secure payment platform Stripe, implemented by SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, or SINGTIME UK LTD, or via any other platform of the same level of security that may be substituted for it.
10.5. Specific conditions for payments with a Gift Card:1
- The value of a gift card must be used in a single transaction. If the total booking amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance cannot be retained for later use, nor can it be refunded or credited.1
- If the booking amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the recipient must complete the payment using another payment method accepted on our website.
10.6. Payment via Klarna
- BAM Karaoke Box offers its customers the possibility to pay for their order via the payment solution offered by Klarna, allowing for deferred payment or payment in several instalments, depending on the eligibility of the order.1
- Payment via Klarna is subject to:1
- order amount limits, defined by BAM Karaoke Box;1
- the Customer’s acceptance by Klarna, which acts as an independent payment service provider;1
- as well as the general terms and conditions of Klarna Bank AB, available on the Klarna website.1
- BAM Karaoke Box is not involved at any point in the decision to accept or refuse payment by Klarna. The payment contract is concluded directly between the Customer and Klarna Bank AB.1
- By choosing payment via Klarna, the customer accepts the general terms of use of Klarna Bank AB, available on the Klarna website.1
- Payment via Klarna is available for any order whose total amount is equal to or greater than €150 TTC in France and Spain, and £150 TTC in the United Kingdom.1
- Outside these thresholds, payment via Klarna is not offered. The payment methods actually available (deferred payment or payment in several instalments) are determined by Klarna and presented to the Customer during the payment process, subject to their eligibility.1
- In the event of late payment, payment default, or a dispute related to payment in instalments, the customer is invited to contact Klarna directly.1
- These situations do not affect the performance of the service provided by BAM Karaoke Box, provided that the order has been confirmed.1
- The cancellation, modification, and refund conditions applicable to BAM Karaoke Box bookings apply regardless of the payment method used.1
- In the event of a refund validated by BAM Karaoke Box, this will be transmitted to Klarna, who will proceed with the refund or adjustment of the instalments according to its own procedures.1
- In the event of a contradiction between these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Klarna’s general terms and conditions, these GTCs shall prevail for everything concerning the service provided by BAM Karaoke Box, its terms of performance, cancellation, modification, and refund.
Article 11 – Accessing the venue
11.1. In Spain, access for minors under 18 is restricted to bar areas and only permitted until 23:00. After 23:00, the establishment is reserved for those over 18. In the United Kingdom, we are strictly over-18s only after 7 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Children under 18 are not permitted to enter the room on Saturdays. On Sundays, under-18s are welcome all day. You will be required to provide proof of age and identity upon arrival at the venue. You must be able to present a valid UK driving licence or passport if requested. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry and no refund will be given.
11.2. We do not permit outside food or alcohol in our venue, unless previously agreed. Otherwise, these items will be confiscated.
11.3. Please note that a video surveillance system is in place in our establishments to ensure the safety and security of our teams and guests.
11.4. Photography and video sessions may occasionally take place on our premises. By making a booking with us, you agree that any images and videos taken of you and your group on our premises may be used by us for promotional activities. If you do not wish SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, or SINGTIME UK LTD to use images and/or videos of you or your group, please inform a member of staff upon arrival or send an email to contact@bam-karaokebox.com for requests concerning France, contacto@bam-karaokebox.com for requests concerning Spain, and booking@bam-karaokebox.com for requests concerning the United Kingdom.
Article 12 – Accessing the rooms
12.1. The Customer may access the Rooms from the start of the session booked on the website.
12.2. In the event of the Customer’s delay, the session cannot be postponed.
12.3. Should the karaoke room for the preceding time slot be available, the Customer may access it earlier, up to a maximum of 30 minutes, and thus enjoy a longer session, at no extra cost.
12.4. In France, access to the rooms will be prohibited for minors under sixteen years of age who are not accompanied by their father, mother, guardian, or any other person over eighteen years of age responsible for their care or supervision.
In Spain, minors aged 16 to 18 are allowed to enter until 23:00. Minors under 16 are permitted to enter until 23:00 and may remain on the premises until that time at the latest, provided they are attending for the karaoke activity. They must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians (each participant under 16) or be authorised by their parents or legal guardians using this document, which must be completed and brought to BAM Karaoke Box on the day of the booking. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited for children under 18.
In the United Kingdom, children under 18 will not be able to access the karaoke rooms without their mother, father, legal guardian, or any other responsible adult.
Article 13 – Booking cancellation and changes policy
13.1. Order cancellation or modification is carried out by the Customer via their Customer Account.
13.2. The order may be modified (change of date, session, or room) as many times as necessary up to 72 hours before the session. Should there be a price difference in favour of the Customer, a credit valid for 12 months will be granted. If a credit was used during the initial booking, it will be re-credited according to its initial terms. Conversely, the Customer must pay the price difference directly at the time of modification.
13.3. The Customer may no longer modify their order less than 72 hours before the start of their karaoke session.
13.4. The Customer may cancel their order at any time. The procedures for obtaining a refund or credit are specified in Article 13.5.
13.5. For cancellation:
- The Customer will be fully refunded if they send their cancellation request a minimum of 3 weeks before the start of the karaoke session.
- The order will be refunded to the bank card used by the Customer during the initial booking. In the event of cancellation of an order paid for by credit, the credit will be re-credited to the Customer’s account, according to its initial terms. If the Customer’s credit has expired in the meantime, the credit will be lost.
- The Customer will be entitled to a credit if they send their cancellation request between 3 weeks and 72 hours before the start of the karaoke session.
- In the event of cancellation of an order paid for by credit, between 3 weeks and 72 hours before the start of the karaoke session, the credit will be re-credited to the Customer’s account, according to its initial terms. If the Customer’s credit has expired in the meantime, the credit will be lost.1
- The Customer will not be entitled to any refund or credit if they send their cancellation request less than 72 hours before the start of the karaoke session.
- In the event of cancellation of an order made with a gift card, a credit note will be created for the customer, even for a cancellation period of more than 3 weeks.
13.6. The credit is available in the Customer Account and is valid for 12 months.
13.8. For bookings in France, the Customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. However, we grant the Customer flexibility within the hour following the booking. This means that if the cancellation is made within the hour following the booking, the Customer will be fully refunded the amount paid at the time of booking, according to the original payment method.
For bookings in Spain, the Customer has no right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, of 16 November, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). However, we grant the Customer flexibility within the hour following the booking. This means that if the cancellation is made within the hour following the booking, the Customer will be fully refunded the amount paid at the time of booking, according to the original payment method.
For bookings in the United Kingdom, the Customer has no right of withdrawal. However, we grant the Customer flexibility within the hour following the booking. 13.9. Specific conditions for the Early Bird Rate in France, the United Kingdom, and Spain:
- Bookings made with the Early Bird Rate are firm and final.
- No modification (change of date, time slot, or room) is possible for this type of booking.
- No cancellation or refund is granted, regardless of the circumstances.1
- Bookings at the Early Bird Rate cannot be combined with a promotional code or ongoing promotion.
Article 14 – Guest Obligations
For the purposes of the contract, a “guest” is any person participating in or attending your booking, including yourself. You shall ensure that all guests:
14.1. cooperate with us on all matters relating to the services, including compliance with our health and safety instructions and regulations;
14.2. provide us with the information and materials that we may reasonably require in order to provide the Services, and ensure that this information is complete and accurate;
14.3. comply with all applicable laws, including health and safety laws, and all Site regulations made available to them;
14.4. treat our staff with courtesy and respect. This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public on our premises will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and the Guests will be escorted off the premises;
14.5. are aged over 18 and, if necessary, submit to security searches and identity checks upon or after entry to our premises;
14.6. drink responsibly. We may refuse entry or service to any guest whose behaviour endangers the enjoyment and safety of others;
14.7. do not cause damage to our equipment or other property. You will be responsible for paying for any damage caused if your guests fail to pay;
14.8. monitor their own belongings while on our premises. We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to such belongings;
14.9. For the venues concerned, guests are aware that if they choose to use the cloakroom, they do so at their own risk and must keep their cloakroom ticket. In the event of loss, we will not return the guest’s items for at least 24 hours to verify personal effects.
If the performance of any of our obligations under the contract is prevented or delayed because you have failed to comply with your obligations (“Customer Default”):
14.10. we may suspend the performance of the services until you remedy the Customer Default;
14.11. we shall not be liable for any costs or losses suffered or incurred by you resulting directly or indirectly from the suspension; and
14.12. you shall reimburse us for all costs or losses suffered or incurred by us resulting directly or indirectly from the Customer Default.
Article 15 – Intellectual property
15.1. All texts, comments, illustrations, works, and images reproduced or represented on the website are strictly reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights, for the entire duration of the protection of these rights and worldwide.
15.2. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation of the website www.bam-karaokebox.com and/or all or part of the elements incorporated therein exposes offenders to legal proceedings.
Article 16 – Personal data protection
16.1. In France, SINGTIME undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer on the website in connection with the booking of the Rooms and to process them in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978).
In Spain, SINGTIME IB undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer on the website in connection with the booking of the rooms, and to process them in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.
In the United Kingdom, SINGTIME UK LTD undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the Customer on the website in order to book the Rooms, and to process this data.
16.2. SINGTIME, SINGTIME IB, and SINGTIME UK LTD inform that the personal data communicated by the Customer will be used by its internal departments for the purpose of processing Room bookings.
16.3. The processing of personal data, which is retained by SINGTIME solely for the purposes of proper administration of Room bookings, is the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Data Processing and Liberties (Commission nationale Informatique et Libertés).
16.4. In France, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the Customer may at any time exercise their right of access to the file, their right of opposition, and their right of rectification or erasure of information concerning them by sending their request (stating their first name, last name, email address, postal address) to the following address: contact@bam-karaokebox.com.

16.5. BAM Karaoke Box establishments are equipped with surveillance cameras, including in the karaoke rooms, in compliance with the rules in force in each country.
Article 17 – Return of the room and equipment
17. The room and the equipment made available must be returned in a proper state of use. In the event of damage caused by the Customer to the rooms, equipment, or even the common areas, the repairs will be assessed, notified by email within thirty (30) days, and followed by compensation by the Customer, without delay for recourse to insurance, and this within fifteen (15) days from the said notification.
Article 18 – Applicable law – Disputes
18.1. In France, these GTCs are governed by French law. In Spain, these GTCs are governed by Spanish law. In the United Kingdom, these GTCs are governed by British law.
18.2. For any complaint concerning bookings in France, the Customer should contact SINGTIME customer service at the following address contact@bam-karaokebox.com, in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

For any complaint concerning bookings in the United Kingdom, the Customer should contact SINGTIME UK LTD customer service at the following address booking@bam-karaokebox.com, in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the British courts shall have jurisdiction.
